I am a Drama Therapist in the greater Montreal area, and I would love to work with you on your journey toward healing, growing, and finding the best version of you.
So, what is
"Drama Therapy is the intentional and systematic use of drama/theatre processes to achieve psychological growth and change. The tools are derived from theatre, the goals rooted in psychotherapy" (Emunah, 1994)
I like to think of drama therapy as a rehearsal for and exploration of life. It is not always performative, so no worries about "stage fright." My therapy sessions are designed to build confidence, scaffold coping skills, and explore new modes of expression that lead to personal insight.
I combine psychotherapy practices with creative arts therapy methods to help clients achieve self-understanding, as well as encourage them to adopt effective coping skills and foster confidence in new or difficult life situations.
From daily circumstances to traumatic experiences - my services are personalized to suit everyone’s needs.

Get to Know Me
Sharing my passion for theatre and helping people
Growing up, I was very involved in community theatre, arts programs, and extracurricular activities. I found that I really loved working with people through a creative media and made it my life's mission to help others as much as I could. I received my Bachelor's in Theatre and Psychology from Emporia State University in Kansas and moved to Montreal to get my Master's Degree in Creative Arts Therapies (Drama Therapy Option) from Concordia University. I continue to study the vast written works about mental health and attend workshops frequently to further my education.
I deeply care for all of my clients and work diligently to help them discover the answers they seek. For several years, I have worked with an array of clients dealing with a variety of presenting problems. Examples include major life transitions, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, peer relationships, social skill development, and identity formation.
